The American Federation banned heading up to U-11 in 2015. In the absence of an all out ban on heading it is our contention that safer practicing methodologies should be adopted by all.

In time your club will be able to monitor how many headers each player has conducted in training along with the impacts of each header. These safety features will be complemented by real time proficiency measures such as heading accuracy tests and jump height measurements.
